EDDM indicia and "Postal Customer" line

EDDM pieces need the EDDM Retail indicia and the "Local Postal Customer" (or ECRWSS) address line.

How to fix it

Use the official EDDM Retail indicia and print "Local Postal Customer" in the address area.
